LEARNING EQUALITY
I was a frontend developer/UI design intern at Learning Equality. They are an organization that is focused on bridging the education gap in third world countries and do this with Kolibri. Kolibri is an app that they are working on where you can watch educational videos and learn from different lessons they have on the app, and you don't need the internet to be able to look at any of it. I attended some standup meetings, some regular meetings, and fixed minor issues on the frontend. I learned some Vue.js because that is what they use for Kolibri. This internship counted as a class for me and I received class credit after showing them what I learned while there and presenting on it. You can view the powerpoint I presented here:
